  1. Due to the nature of Price by Design e-Decorating services, all payments are non-refundable.
  2. Price by Design e-Decorating Client agrees to provide full information regarding the Client's requirements for the Project.
  3. Price by Design e-Decorating Client agrees to correspond strictly through online communication. Client also agrees to additional fees of $150/hour for local in-person visits if requested if such visits are local for Designer and $75 per phone call.
  4. Price by Design e-Decorating Designers will perform services as expeditiously as is consistent with professional skill, care and the orderly progress of the e-Decorating project.
  5. Price by Design is an online decorating consultation service only. All recommendations are regarded as suggestions to improve the look of your space and not intended for construction purposes.
  6. Price by Design Client is responsible for having the structure and design plans reviewed by a structural engineer prior to commencing any changes to load bearing components of the structure.
  7. Price by Design will not be responsible for the means, methods or procedures of construction, fabrication, delivery and installation, or safety precautions in connection with the e-Decorating project; for the acts or omissions of the contractor or any, subcontractor, supplier or other person performing the work on the e-Decorating project; or, for any failure of them to meet any schedules or completion dates.
  8. Price by Design cannot be held responsible for arranging repairs, replacement or freight claims for purchases made in conjunction with recommendations for the e-Decorating project ordered by the Client directly from the supplier.
  9. If supplying prepared architectural prints of spaces, prints/floor plans must be “as built plans” in order for Price by Design to do an e-Decorating on the space. Early stage construction or rooms with incomplete measurements can not be used.
  10. Suggested resources are limited to the United States of America.
  11. Price by Design reserves the right to use completed project documents in any and all Price by Design advertising without association to the Client, reserving the Client's privacy.
  12. Custom made and special order goods ordered through Price by Design can not be canceled once the order is placed and paid in full.
  13. One round of design revisions will be offered in the unlikely event that Client does not like the initial mood board.
  14. State sales tax of the respective delivery address is applicable on all goods originating from Price by Design and due and payable by Price by Design Client.
